What You'll Do Own and Grow Your Territory Develop new business while expanding relationships with existing customers Make consistent in-person sales calls, plus phone, email, and text follow-up Identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunities for growth Achieve and exceed sales and gross profit targets Be the Face of Fyda Freightliner Deliver an exceptional customer experience every time Help customers with returns, warranties, and core processing Coordinate with Service and Truck Sales to solve customer problems fast Promote parts specials, programs, and new product offerings Operate Like a Pro Write accurate orders, confirm pricing, and verify availability Maintain detailed, meaningful daily customer interaction notes Track competitor activity and market trends Stay current on all dealer systems, product training, and industry updates Be a Team Multiplier Share market intelligence and customer insights with inside sales Partner closely with Parts Managers, Drivers, and Vendor reps Participate in ride-alongs, training events, and customer vendor visits What Makes You a Great Fit 2+ years of parts sales, outside sales, or related experience preferred Strong knowledge of heavy-duty truck parts, diesel components, or automotive parts Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, organized, and competitive Comfortable using computers, dealership systems, and Microsoft tools Valid driver's license with safe driving record Physical Requirements Ability to walk, stand, kneel, crouch, reach, and lift as needed Ability to safely operate a company vehicle Ability to work in office, warehouse, and customer environments Why People Choose Fyda Build Your Book of Business You're not boxed in & you have real opportunity to grow accounts and earn more. Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of parts sales experience. A high school diploma or equivalent required with knowledge of truck/auto components. Excellent communication skills and must speak English. High school business math. Knowledge of and ability to work on a computer. General mechanical aptitude. Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the functions of this job.
