Junior .NET Full Stack Developer

Position: Junior .NET Full Stack Developer Location:Baton Rouge, Louisiana Experience: 0-2 Years Mode of working: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time (WFH) Overview: We are looking for a passionate Junior .NET Full Stack Developer to join our growing development team. This role is ideal for individuals eager to enhance their technical skills through on-the-job training, project support, interview preparation, and ongoing job support. You will gain hands-on experience in both front-end and back-end development using the latest Microsoft technologies. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the design, development, and deployment of web applications using .NET Core / ASP.NET MVC. Work with C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular/React for full-stack development. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end applications. Support in database design and development using SQL Server or similar technologies. Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization. Collaborate with the QA and DevOps teams to ensure smooth release and deployment cycles. Engage in real-time project support, learning best practices for enterprise-level applications. Take part in job support and interview preparation sessions to strengthen technical and communication skills. Contribute to documentation, reporting, and troubleshooting for ongoing projects. Required Skills: 0-2 years of experience in .NET development or related technologies. Strong understanding of C#, ASP.NET Core / MVC, and object-oriented programming concepts. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks. Familiarity with SQL Server, Entity Framework, and LINQ. Good analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
