NET Lead Developer

Job title: .NET Lead Developer Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite - Hybrid) Exp: 10+ years Skills .net, Azure and Angular , React Responsibilities: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs. • Design and develop user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js). • Implement and maintain scalable, responsive, and visually appealing web applications. • Utilize .NET, C#, and other back-end technologies to build robust and efficient server-side components. • Conduct UI/UX research and incorporate user feedback to enhance overall design and functionality. • Ensure the seamless integration of UI elements with back-end logic. • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create a consistent and visually appealing user experience. • Troubleshoot and resolve front-end and back-end issues, ensuring optimal performance. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Proven experience as a .NET Full Stack Developer with a focus on UI/UX. • Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks. • Extensive experience with back-end technologies, including .NET, C#, and database systems. • UI/UX design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics, usability, and user experience. • Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first development. • Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, developers, and other stakeholders. • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). • Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies. • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
