We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in a hands-on role that involves operating and maintaining grinding machines. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to producing high-quality work. Key Responsibilities: Operate grinding machines to assemble products and create precise parts. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate production. Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and increase efficiency. Qualifications: Proven experience as a machinist or in a similar role. Strong understanding of machine operations and production procedures. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
