We partner with some of the more recognizable car brands in the world.Job Summary:As a Human Resources intern at LG Energy Solution, you will focus on specific process improvement projects that directly, support the 2026 corporate strategy with project-oriented task at our state of the art Lithium-Ion battery plant in Holland, MI.This position will be responsible for work that includes: Supporting HR department with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, spreadsheets and reports Updating ERP systems with training records Scheduling training sessions and distributing materials Setting up orientation for new hires Maintaining inventory of training materials Performing other duties as assigned Qualifications: Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field -Junior or Senior standing Minimum GPA requirement of 3.0 GPA or higher Skills Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, presentation Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint Ability to be flexible and adapt to new task and projects Strong attention to detail with high degree of accuracy Ability to handle sensitive information while maintaining high degree of confidentiality Our team members are leading the electric vehicle industry in a technically advanced manufacturing environment.
