IT Field Service Technician

Comfortable lifting and handling equipment up to 50 lbs. Ability to work independently and meet strict SLAs. Experience using service ticketing systems and mobile device reporting tools. Strong knowledge of PC hardware architecture and troubleshooting. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and clean driving record. (mileage reimbursed). This role is a Salary Non-Exempt position with a targeted salary range of $50,000 - $55,000 USD. Willingness to drive 50-200 miles per day. Your tasks Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot, repair and replace hardware components laptops, desktops, printers, and RPOS. Replace defective components such as motherboards, hard drives, memory, and screens following manufacturer guidelines. Validate warranty status and adhere to repair protocols. Document all repairs accurately in ticketing systems. Track and manage parts logistics. Verify part delivery at pick-up/drop-off locations or customer site before dispatch. Communicate professionally with clients to confirm appointments, explain repairs, and ensure satisfaction. Maintain a clean, professional appearance in line with company standards.
