Position Title: Industrial Engineer Job Location: San Antonio, TX Remote/Onsite: Onsite Job Type: Contract Duration: Short term Project No. of positions: 01 Hiring Timeline: 2,3 weeks Job Summary • 4-year engineering degree (mandatory). • MOST Certification (mandatory) with documented experience using MOST to determine labor requirements. • Proficiency in Standards Pro and LeanLine or similar motion and line balancing tools. • Strong knowledge of work measurement techniques and industrial engineering principles. • Experience in VA/VE initiatives, cost reduction, and process optimization. • Familiarity with ergonomics, safety standards, and lean manufacturing practices. • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage facility transformation projects. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
