Position: Business Execution Consultant Location: Charlotte NC (Hybrid) Duration: 12+ months Job ID: 174217 Job Description: Job Description: Project Details: This candidate will be supporting lending capabilities within the wholesale operations group as they transition from AFS to LoanIQ. Candidates will be responsible looking at upcoming releases and systems upgrades from an operations perspective to understand any potential impacts and collaborating with team members to find solutions Duties: Look at upcoming LoanIQ upgrades and enhancements and determine how they may effect operations Determine impacts and recommending adjustments Supporting conversion from AFS to LoanIQ and upcoming release schedule Troubleshooting issues and collaborating with team members to find solutions Liaison with high level leadership as needed Top Skills: Extensive systems knowledge of the LoanIQ Need to understand the innerworkings of Loan IQ Understanding how upgrades will affect operations Operations experience in LoanIQ Strong understanding of how teams build and maintain loans to support operations users Understanding of bilateral loans (Single bank to customer loans) Mortgage experience will not work here (Nice to have) - Experience with Automated Financial Systems (AFS) system Soft Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to quickly re-prioritize work in a fast paced, high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities Work with minimal direction and take initiative in identifying opportunities, areas for improvement, decision making and problem solving Work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important Note: Approved Locations: - Hybrid (3 days in/ 2 days remote) Charlotte, NC (CIC LOCATION) Roanoke, VA Minneapolis, MN Chicago, IL Note: Pay Range: $60 - $63 on W2 The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
