As an Nursing Unit Secretary you will assist the team in coordinating, prioritizing and communicating patient, physician and staff needs. Nursing Unit Secretary assumes personal accountability for organizational mission and core values.Job RequirementsIn addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: Previous nursing unit secretary or medical office experience, preferred Knowledge of medical terminology, preferred Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English Basic computer skills HS GED required BLS from the American Heart Association required Physical Requirements - Sedentary work -(prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to10lbs force occasionally)Where You'll WorkFollowing a major expansion, Holy Cross Hospital - Jordan Valley's capacity tripled, now housing 171 beds to serve our growing community.
