Works closely with Security Department regarding the Drop Box Pull at designated times, accounts for contents inside drop boxes. Generates Daily Revenue Reports and works closely with Cage to ensure accuracy of accounted revenue. ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the accuracy and security of the Drop Box Count Assists Count Room Supervisor in work duties Count daily revenue from drop boxes Enter daily revenue into the computer to generate reports for Cage/Accounting Balance manual revenue logs to computer reports Escort Security during box pulls Assist with Internal audits Ensures staff adheres to uniform company policy Wash Chips when necessary and/or requested by Management Ensures staff collects racks at the beginning/end of shift and/or when asked by Management Ensures that the security of the Countroom is maintained at all times Monitors equipment that needs of the Countroom and recommends repair or replacement as necessary Ensures that work area is maintained in a safe work environment Other job-related duties as assigned Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Ability to obtain and maintain a Gardena Police Department Work Permit Casino experience preferred EDUCATION/FORMAL TRAINING A High School diploma or a General Education Degree REASONING ABILITY Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, write, and speak in English Must be able to effectively communicate with customers and management Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive working relationships PHYSICAL DEMANDS Must have the ability to safely lift and/or push/pull minimum of 75 lbs without restrictions Requires standing for long periods of times Requires ability to constantly reach with hands and arms; required to walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
