As our HR Generalist, you'll play a key role in supporting our organization through recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, performance management, and more. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related questions while helping foster a positive and high-performing workplace culture. Job Duties: Talent & Recruitment Lead full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition efforts Conduct onboarding and coordinate offboarding processes Support training and professional development initiatives Employee Relations & Support Serve as the go-to resource for HR-related questions Support employees with leaves, benefits, and compensation matters Promote HR programs that foster an efficient, collaborative, and conflict-free workplace Enhance job satisfaction through team-building and engagement initiatives Benefits & Compensation Administer compensation and benefits programs Maintain and evaluate benefit offerings Direct benefit claims for processing and contract evaluations Educate employees on available benefits Compliance & Policy Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations Assist in developing and implementing HR policies alongside the Mercy Dental Group leadership team Maintain accurate, confidential employee records (electronic and paper) Utilize HRIS systems to manage employee data Performance & Reporting Support performance management processes Track and analyze HR metrics such as time-to-hire and turnover rates Provide administrative HR support to leadership Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field 1-5 years of Human Resources experience Strong understanding of HR policies and employment/labor laws Experience with Google Workspace; HRIS experience (e.g., BambooHR) preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving ability High level of confidentiality and professionalism Team-oriented, results-driven mindset Additional HR certifications or training are a plus Benefits & Rewards Include: 1.)
