Role: Laboratory & Kitchen Manager Location: Capitol Heights, MD Exempt We are Growers, We are Wholesalers, We are Producers, We Are Budtenders, We are Retailers, We are Partners, and We are HiringYour Impact: Set strategic direction for laboratory and kitchen operations and procedures Coordinate with outside labs ensuring testing standards are met Manage key processes including distillation, extraction, evaporation, formulating recipes, gummy filling/removal, maintaining equipment standards and safety. Hire, train, mentor, coach and develop team members Collaborate with leaders on timelines, inventory quantity, production schedules and quality standards Your Strengths: You have strong background in a science and laboratory environment.
