About the Role: As a CBRE Special Ops Coordinator, you will provide project coordination and vendor management across multiple client sites. This role will travel to sites across Northeast Ohio on a weekly basis. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support and project management to facilities, construction, and real estate teams. What You'll Do: Coordinate over 300 new for sale/lease back infrastructure projects across multiple facilities in Northeast Ohio. Projects may consist of HVAC, roofing, parking surfaces, elevators, electrical, steam and heating, fire rated enclosures, exterior cladding, windows and more. Collaborate with facility managers, engineers, Construction Managers, vendors, real-estate and Project Analyst to monitor goals. On-site vendor management. Monitor and report metrics for these projects to ensure timely completion. Resolve delays and manage escalations. Ensure compliance and safety for each project and location. Verify proper setup and configuration for each project. Deliver a monthly executive update on projects. Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of projects. What You'll Need: High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 2-3 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Experience working with mechanical, electrical and plumbing, or similar role in facilities management. Proficiency with project/program management tracking software (e.g. AI apps, Smartsheet, QuickSight (Power BI), Microsoft, work order systems, etc). Strong competency with time management, organization, and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with construction and/or vendor management. Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more. #GWSFMS Why CBRE? CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Special Ops Coordinator position is $55,000 annually [or $26.45 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Special Ops Coordinator position is $75,000 annually [or $36.06 per hour]. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
