Required field. Our client is an organization in the Beloit area looking for a Human Resources Generalist. This client is looking for someone with HR experience, who is team-oriented and can multitask. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: RESPONSIBILITIES Provide day-to-day HR support across multiple functional areas, including employee records management, payroll coordination, and benefits administration. Partner with leadership on recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members. Coordinate new employee orientations and ensure accurate completion and filing of required documentation. Maintain and update the HR information system to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance. Support initiatives that promote diversity, equity, inclusion, safety, and employee wellness. Act as a point of contact for workplace safety programs and wellness-related initiatives. Collaborate with managers to support volunteer placement and coordination within the organization. Administer employee benefit programs, including eligibility determinations, enrollments, changes, and terminations. Review and process HR-related invoices such as insurance premiums and related expenses. Track and administer paid time off programs, including personal, holiday, and bereavement leave. Communicate HR policies, procedures, and benefit information clearly and consistently to employees. Assist with the preparation and processing of bi-weekly payroll. The Human Resources Generalist will possess the following: EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Associate or bachelor's degree preferred. 1+ years of HR experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication.
