988 Quality Improvement Coordinator

Job Description Position Title: 988 Quality Improvement Coordinator Type: Full-time (36-hours) Company: BH Link Location: East Providence, RI Roles and Responsibilities Work closely with program administrators and supervisors to assist in continued quality improvement (CQI) processes. Support and strengthen 988 program services through the development of CQI reports and data-driven improvement plans alongside the 988 leadership team. Assist in the presentation of 988 reports that highlight progress made towards meeting identified KPI standards. Enhance individual and group supervision of 988 Crisis Counselors and Supervisors through the utilization of quantitative and qualitative data analytics. Coordinate with other CQI agency administrators, as needed, for the purpose of reporting on standards established by licensing and accrediting bodies. Ensure clinical practices, program operations, and data collection/reporting standards meet CCBHC requirements and support quality improvements to meet targeted goals and fidelity standards. Provide support to data management team in developing reports, data collection, retrieval, and analysis, and presentation of data. Utilize a number of platforms and technologies for the purpose of analyzing and disseminating performance-based metrics. Qualifications: Master's degree in human services/healthcare administration preferred. Bachelor's degree and 5+ years' experience in healthcare or related field required. 3-5 years' experience in quality outcomes, data analysis, and program evaluation required. Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office, and reporting analytical skills.
