Weekend Supervisor - Vivo West Orange (Ocoee, FL) Position Summary Vivo West Orange is seeking a reliable and experienced Weekend Supervisor (LPN or RN) to oversee clinical operations and ensure high-quality care during weekend shifts. This leadership role is key to maintaining smooth facility operations, supporting nursing staff, and promoting resident well-being. Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise clinical staff and oversee care delivery during weekend shifts Provide direct nursing care as needed and respond to urgent resident needs Ensure compliance with care plans, safety protocols, and regulatory standards Support staffing coordination and shift coverage Communicate with families, physicians, and department heads as necessary Document and report any significant changes, incidents, or updates Serve as the on-site administrative leader during weekends QualificationsMust be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in Florida Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills Ability to make sound decisions under pressure Familiar with EMR systems and documentation practices Work ScheduleWeekend shifts) Compensation and BenefitsCompetitive pay based on experience Weekend differential pay Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off and holiday pay Professional development opportunities Employment Requirements: Employment with VIVO Healthcare of West Orange is contingent upon successful completion of a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Caregiver Background Screening Clearinghouse (in accordance with Florida law and Skilled Nursing Facility regulatory requirements.
