Residential HVAC Installation Technician

Job Type Full-time Description Magnolia Heating and Cooling is looking for experienced HVAC Installation Technicians in our Residential Service Department. The best candidate must be able to perform a variety of standard to moderately complex technical tasks related to installing, maintaining and repairing heating, cooling, ventilation and related systems. Skill set must include the a ability to repair residential and commercial customer's products while providing top notch customer service. Job Responsibilities: Investigates problems and performs repairs on various systems Maintain a high quality of service at all times Meet key productivity metrics and goals as set by the company Think outside the box on ways to enhance service/experience Maintain truck stock and inventory within company guidelines Follow truck maintenance schedule/ keep a clean truck RequirementsCurrent HVAC Journeyman License (Preferred) Highly organized Excellent communication skills Able to work well on a team Strong trouble-shooting and problem solving skills CFC Universal Certification required Must pass pre-employment background check Benefits include: - Company Truck - Fuel Card - 401K Matching - Health, Dental and Vision - Paid Time Off - Safety Incentive bonus Salary Description $65K - $80K
