ELECTRICAL ENGINEER IV (ENG04) - CLEARED | TUCSON, AZ Openings: 8 Pay: $75 to 91/hr- depends on experience Duration: 12 months Program: TEE Site: Tucson, AZ Schedule: 9/80 Work Location: Onsite Clearance: Active Secret required Citizenship: U.S. Description • Principal Electrical Engineer. • Lead system-level design and integration of electrical test equipment for effectors. • Direct lifecycle development and sustainment. • Mentor and guide engineering teams. What You Will Do • Lead cross-functional teams. • Own design integrity, validation, and integration. • Perform advanced power, RF, and signal chain analysis. • Ensure compliance with defense and program standards. • Manage technical performance, cost, and schedule. • Coach junior engineers and reviewers. Qualifications You Must Have • Bachelor's in STEM and 8+ years experience, or advanced STEM with 5+ years. • Active Secret. U.S. citizen. • Expertise in analog, digital, and RF design. • Tools and instruments as above. Qualifications We Prefer • M.S. in STEM. • Proven leadership of complex test hardware programs. • System-level design and validation for defense platforms. • Advanced simulation, modeling, and root-cause methods. • Cross-site collaboration and executive-level briefings.
