This role focuses exclusively on servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex HVAC systems in commercial and industrial environments. You will work hands-on with large-scale mechanical systems while collaborating with engineers, project managers, and fellow technicians on advanced Design-Build projects. This position is ideal for a technician who thrives on solving complex mechanical challenges and delivering reliable, high-quality service in professional, large-scale settings. Learn more about us at Key Responsibilities Diagnose, service, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, chillers, boilers, and VRF systems Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance to ensure system efficiency and reliability Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals Accurately document service work using internal reporting and service software Communicate clearly with engineers, project managers, and customers regarding system status and repair needs Support and assist with field training of junior technicians when applicable Maintain compliance with all safety policies, OSHA standards, and company protocols Manage service vehicle inventory, tools, and equipment Qualifications 10 years of hands-on HVAC service experience in commercial and/or industrial environments EPA Refrigerant Certification (required) Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and diagnostics Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and equipment documentation Proficient with digital diagnostic tools and service management software Proven ability to work independently and resolve complex mechanical issues Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Benefits Medical Insurance (QSHRA Health Care Program) Retirement Savings Program Paid Time Off Life and Disability Insurance Options Company Vehicle Paid Training and Certifications Bi-weekly pay cycle Safety equipment provided Tool replacement program Company events and strong team culture Schedule Full-Time: Monday-Friday Hours vary by project with occasional overtime opportunities Work Location On-site service across commercial and industrial job sites only No residential work No remote work Equal Employment Opportunity We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
