Role Overview We’re seeking a full-time Palliative Care Physician to join our consultative inpatient team in Gilbert, AZ. You'll work closely with two full-time Nurse Practitioners and an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive, consult-based palliative care in a hospital setting. Key Responsibilities Deliver inpatient palliative consultations for patients with advanced or life-limiting illnesses Manage complex symptoms including pain, breathlessness, nausea, anxiety, and agitation Facilitate family meetings and goals-of-care discussions with clarity and compassion Collaborate with hospitalists, specialists, and other members of the care team to guide treatment decisions Provide emotional and decision-making support to patients and their loved ones Educate healthcare teams on symptom control and palliative care principles Maintain thorough and timely documentation in the medical record Help foster a care environment grounded in dignity, empathy, and respect Qualifications MD or DO with Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain) Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hospice & Palliative Medicine Fellowship training in Hospice and Palliative Medicine required Apply Today If you're ready to make a lasting difference in patients’ lives while working in a supportive, growth-oriented environment, we’d love to hear from you.
