RH is seeking a Product Finisher to provide direct support to the Senior Leader of Plant Production. In this role, you will prepare heirloom quality furniture, through the application of stain, glaze and sealer coats. Your goal as a team is to achieve a world class, high quality hand finish to our products. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs Create heirloom quality furniture matching finish masters through the application of a wide range of hand wood finishing techniques, including bleach, hand stain, seal, glaze, shade, rub, topcoat and wax Maintain quality and safety standards with all shop and finishing equipment Continuously identify and help implement processes and procedures that improve overall quality and safety Continuously pursue excellence through attention to detail, dedication to superior quality, continuous improvement, and passion for the product OUR REQUIREMENTS 3-5+ years of experience in wood finishing Experience with spray stain, wipe stain, glaze, shading, topcoat and lacquer applications is highly preferred High School Diploma or equivalent work experience Exceptional communication skills with all members of the team Read, analyze, and interpret written information, including engineering drawings Proven capability in navigating accelerated projects, within a dynamic and fast-paced environment Prioritize responsibilities, organize tasks and follow through to completion PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Frequently moving and lifting items up to 50 lbs Frequent standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, and bending Occasionally work in a high noise space, where PPE is required Spends time in a manufacturing environment About Us RH is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any applicant on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, marital status, age, disability, sexual orientation, military/veteran status, or any other status protected by federal or state law or local ordinance.
