Job Full Description Smokehouse Operator - $15.50 Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Smokehouse Operator for a local meat company in Lenoir City, TN. Smokehouse Operator Responsibilities: Check all smokehouses and chillers are in working order. Check the product before loading to ensure it is correct. Loading smokehouses to cook with the required amount based on the day's schedule. Tracking and documenting information needed on the chart. Performs work as assigned by the department supervisor. Must be able to work as part of a team. / Must work to safety requirements. Smokehouse Operator Qualifications: Qualified candidates should have previous heavy industrial experience - lifting to 45 lbs during the shift. Qualified candidates should be comfortable being on their feet for 8 - 12-hour shifts. Smokehouse Operator Shift: 5p start to finish.
