Required Skills: Proficient in Zoom webinars - able to deploy, administrate, troubleshoot, and train. Proficient in interdepartmental communication - focus on coordination with regard to Zoom Webinar and DMC tasks, Baseline understanding of networking and collaboration applications. Baseline understanding of SNOW ticket/task handling. Baseline understanding of creating reports for reporting trends, metrics, and issues for products that are supported. Ability to be trained and learn new portfolio products with a focus on supporting development. Ability in testing software and firmware package for Zoom Room products.
