Management Level: M2 Summary: This Corporate Accounting position within the Payroll Team will serve as Project Manager on various Payroll initiatives including Time and Attendance projects. This position will be a strategic partner with Business Operations, Human Resources, IT, and Finance and will lead innovation projects that will drive cost savings opportunities that contribute to the business growth and efficiencies. Responsibilities include managing projects related to Payroll, Workforce Management, Time and Attendance, and Service now. Responsibility also includes the creation and support of KPI dashboards utilizing Power BI. Additional duties include but are not limited to creating ad hoc reports, flow charting and documenting processes, reviewing, and understanding weekly payroll processes and other duties as the need arises. This position must be able to analyze requirements presented and convert those to practical applications. This position will be required to work within the controls and change management procedures and maintain appropriate applications testing documentation. Essential Duties include: Leading the planning and/or implementation of projects Participating in the design and or testing phases as SME Facilitate the definition of project mission's goals/tasks and resource requirements Develop methods to monitor project progress and provide corrective supervision if necessary Manage project budget and resource allocation Develop and maintain detailed project plan and charter. Responsible for successful completion of all deliverables of the project. REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor's degree in an academic field directly related and essential to this job (Accounting, Finance, or IT degree preferred). Experience: 5+ years of related experience preferred. Computer Skills: Working knowledge of Payroll, Workforce Management and Time and Attendance a plus, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access. Communication Skills: Strong written, presentation, and verbal communications skills. Must be able to articulate changes required and impacts on related systems processes and users and user groups of the changes through presentations to affected groups. Special Skills: Project Management, must be a self-starter with a high level of motivation and the ability to motivate others. Six Sigma Certified a plus.
