Position Title: CDL-A Driver Company Name: KR Companies Pay Range: $28 - $33+ per hour, plus overtime and year-end bonus Industry: Residential Construction Services Location: Middleville, MI Job Overview: KR Companies, a leader in residential construction services, is seeking reliable and motivated CDL-A Driver to join our Logistics & Operations team. We are looking to hire two full-time drivers with a CDL Class A license who are eager to work 50-60 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Note: Local driving Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport construction materials, equipment, and supplies to various job sites Conduct daily pre- and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure optimal operation and compliance with DOT regulations Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies while on the road and at delivery sites Assist with loading and unloading of materials when required Communicate effectively with dispatch, project managers, and job site personnel Represent KR Companies professionally with clients, vendors, and the public Support the Logistics & Operations team with additional duties as needed Qualifications:Valid CDL Class A license required Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience preferred Ability and willingness to work 50-60 hours per week, Monday through Friday Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safety protocols Excellent driving record with no major violations Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, loading, securing loads) Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude Effective communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to punctuality and meeting delivery deadlines Benefits:Weekly pay cycle Overtime pay Year-end bonus Paid Time Off: Holidays, Vacation, and Sick leave Travel Projects with per diem when applicable Room for career advancement within the company Flexible work schedule Supportive team environment Work Schedule:Full-time Monday - Friday, 50-60 hours/week Overtime as needed Work Location:Onsite / Various construction project locations (regional travel required) Equal Employment Opportunity Statement: KR Companies is an equal opportunity employer.
