HVAC Installation Technician Lead

Based in Escondido, CA, we're hiring a full-time HVAC Installation Technician Lead to take charge of installation projects. Each day, you'll have your projects lined up and ready to go. You'll start your day with a clear plan of installations to lead and complete. You'll handle a variety of projects, including installing water heaters, drains, and roughing in systems for residential and light commercial properties. You'll work closely with our Install Managers and Warehouse Managers to ensure everything runs smoothly. As a lead, you'll guide team members on-site, keep communication strong with managers, and make sure daily goals are met.
