Desktop Engineer- Trading floor

Title: Desktop Engineer- Trading floor Job Type: Contract Job Duration: 6 Months Location: 600 Washington Blvd., Stamford, CT - Locals Only (Onsite from Day 1) Pay: $45/hr on w2 and $52/hr on c2c Top 3 skills: • Intune/MECM expertise for application deployment and device management. • Strong application troubleshooting skills across Windows 10/11. • Experience supporting enterprise apps (e.g., Trading floor, Bloomberg, add-ins, trading tools). Job Description: Full incident resolution related to Local Services. Replacement/swap of faulty equipment and peripherals using NatWest-owned stock. General IT guidance and support for user devices. Management of local consigned hardware stock for break-fix and service requests. Logging of Incidents or Service Requests on behalf of users when required. Completion of Service Requests that can be resolved directly on-site. Implementing small service improvements based on recurring user feedback.
