About the job Lead Electrical Engineer - Water & Wastewater/Food & Beverage :- 99282 The Opportunity In this role you will have the opportunity to: Lead/Manage a team of 3 to 5 Electrical Engineers in the design of water/wastewater and food & beverage projects Provide technical guidance and direction to engineering and technician staff Develop a variety of complex engineering deliverables including one-line diagrams, schematics, power and lighting plans, electrical installation details, and technical specifications Coordinate with regional and global design teams Serve as technical expert in electrical power distribution and miscellaneous plant electrical systems for client consultations Additional Project Opportunities Studies Energy Optimization, Power System Coordination and Arc Flash Hazard Analysis, and Electrical Reliability Analysis Construction inspection and resolution of electrical construction issues Support business development and build relationships with clients to understand needs and drivers Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program Professional Engineers license in MO, KS, or another US jurisdiction 11+ years in electrical design, planning and construction services Consulting and Water/Wastewater and/or Food & Beverage experience preferred Power system analysis experience in SKM, ETAP, or other analysis software a plus Minimum Qualifications Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from either a recognized accredited program in their home country or the country in which the professional is practicing Minimum of 8 years related work experience All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
