Workstream Management: Manage multiple workstreams within the program, coordinating efforts, resources, and timelines to deliver a cohesive implementation. Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, project teams, and external partners, to ensure clear communication and buy-in. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and proactively address challenges to keep the program on track. Resource Allocation: Allocate resources efficiently and effectively across workstreams to optimize project outcomes. Scope Management: Define and manage the program scope, ensuring that all project deliverables are met within the agreed-upon timeline and budget.
