This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with mechanical, electrical, or general construction experience who enjoy traveling, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a high-performing team. Compensation: Competitive Pay + Daily Per Diem + Weekly Pay All travel by airplane or car is company-paid, with hotel accommodations provided Key Responsibilities: Install conveyor systems and related mechanical components in commercial and industrial settings Perform troubleshooting and basic repairs on mechanical/electrical systems Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and installation manuals Operate power tools and hand tools safely Work closely with team leads to meet project deadlines Follow OSHA and company safety standards at all times Maintain daily job reports and accurate documentation Requirements Required Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in conveyor installation, mechanical assembly, or construction preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills Ability to read and follow technical diagrams and blueprints Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must pass background check and drug screening Reliable and willing to travel for extended periods Strong communication, work ethic, and professionalism Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Frequent bending, kneeling, climbing, and standing for extended hours Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions Able to work long shifts, including nights or weekends when needed Schedule and Work Environment: 40+ hours per week Full travel commitment required - fly or drive to job sites Stay in hotels during project assignments (provided by company) Indoor and outdoor work conditions Force Building Services is a nationwide leader in mechanical, construction, and maintenance services.
