Install or repair HVAC equipment and thermostatic controls. Replace worn or damaged HVAC components and high/low-pressure liquid lines. Important Responsibilities Perform scheduled maintenance on heating and cooling units. Maintain chilled and hot water supply systems. Keep accurate maintenance records per City, State, and EPA regulations. Standard Responsibilities Inspect and repair ductwork. Assist with general facility services as needed. Maintain internal electrical/electronic control systems; clean coils and blowers. Inspect refrigeration units, refrigerators, and ice machines. Ensure efficient operation of all air-conditioning systems.
