Position Summary We're seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to define and lead the technical vision for enterprise-scale platforms. You will guide multiple squads, develop architectural standards, and ensure systems meet performance, scalability, and security expectations. This role blends hands-on architecture with leadership, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities • Lead the end-to-end architecture for assigned solution domains. • Design scalable, secure, and maintainable systems across web, mobile, API, and integration layers. • Translate business requirements into technical designs and architectural roadmaps. • Drive proofs of concept to validate new technologies and solution approaches. • Participate in Agile ceremonies, helping teams align on technical execution. • Mentor engineers and enforce architecture best practices. • Make informed trade-offs balancing performance, cost, scalability, and maintainability. • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across engineering, product, and business units. Qualifications • 8-10 years as a Solutions or Enterprise Architect. • 6-8 years of hands-on software engineering experience. • Deep technical expertise in Azure (IaaS, PaaS, serverless, and event-driven). • Strong understanding of multi-tier architecture, APIs, microservices, and SOA. • Skilled in containers (Docker, Kubernetes/AKS) and CI/CD processes. • Breadth across data, application, security, and integration architecture domains. • Excellent communication and leadership skills, comfortable influencing across teams. • Nice-to-have: Adobe Marketing Cloud, mobile app architecture, retail/fintech/e-commerce
