Additionally, seek and develop new business and expand customer base with assigned area.Essential Job Functions: Complete estimates and settle payments with owners and insurance companiesDevelop customer base in assigned area and grow dealership revenueSell and promote all dealership services to potential customersExcellent communication skills and ability to interact in a professional manner with customers and business ownersHigh school diplomaValid driver's license2 years minimum heavy truck experienceBackground in body shop repairs, truck painting, and paint systemsDiagnostics computersTelephoneOffice SuiteCDK DMS system In addition to the essential functions listed above, the employee is expected to exercise honesty, integrity and respect with all clients and co-workers, maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, demonstrate a positive attitude, communicate effectively with co-workers and clients, work with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail, respect the work environment and keep it as neat and clean as possible, and exercise initiative to learn new skills and tasks and to help co-workers when possible.
