RN Clinic - Obstetrics/Gynecology Location: Oconomowoc / Summit, WI ddress: Summit, WI 53066 Job Type: Contract Only Hours: 40 hours/week Shift: 8-Hour Day Shift Contract Dates: Feb 16 - May 16, 2026 Position Overview Seeking an experienced Clinic RN (OB/GYN) to support a busy outpatient women's health clinic. This role focuses on OB and GYN patient care, triage, provider support, and in-basket management in a collaborative, physician-led environment. Schedule Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM No weekends No on-call Unit & Patient Population Setting: Outpatient OBGYN Clinic Beds/Capacity: 24-30 Providers: 7 Physicians (6 OB / 1 GYN) ssigned to primary provider (may assist others) Patient Types Obstetrics: Early OB workups & viability Ectopic pregnancy, miscarriage Growth scans, placental complications Dopplers (via MFM) High-risk pregnancies (DM, GDM, PIH, HTN, multiples) Gynecology: Menstrual disorders GYN infections Reproductive health Cancer-related diagnoses Menopause & hormone management Family planning & contraception Required Experience Minimum 2 years clinic experience t least 1 year in OBGYN (REQUIRED) First-time travelers accepted Required Certifications BLS FHM (if applicable) Required Skills In-basket management Phone triage Procedure chaperoning Rooming OB/GYN patients Medication refills ssisting with in-office procedures Strong physician collaboration Patient education & follow-up Technology & Equipment EMR: EPIC (Highly Preferred) NST machines (fetal monitoring bands) Support Structure 7 Physicians Office Manager & Supervisor 7 Primary RNs 2-3 MAs per pod Dedicated Scheduler Floating Rare May float to Waukesha OBGYN clinics when needed Orientation 3-5 days (based on comfort level) Scheduling & Time Off Weekends: None On Call: None Holidays: Half-day Christmas Eve Works NYE (off NYD) RTO: Up to 7 days (manager approval) dditional Notes Scrubs: Any solid color (no graphics/designs) Parking: Free
