We are expanding in Omaha and seeking a hands-on Restaurant & Park Manager who can lead both the restaurant and indoor park operations with confidence, reliability, and professionalism.? Key Responsibilities✠Operations ManagementOversee daily operations of the restaurant, café, and play-area food serviceEnsure food safety, kitchen cleanliness, and compliance with all health codesMonitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage food storage systemsCoordinate maintenance and repairs for kitchen, dining, and service zonesEnsure all playground areas remain clean, safe, and operational?‍?‍? Staff SupervisionHire, train, schedule, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house teamsConduct daily staff briefings and assign tasksCoach employees, monitor performance, and take corrective action when neededLead a positive team culture within a family-friendly entertainment settingApprove timecards and manage schedules through ADP RUN⭐ Customer ServiceResolve guest concerns professionally and promptlyMaintain a welcoming, family-oriented atmosphereMonitor dining and play-area flow to ensure smooth operationsSupervise and support birthday parties and special eventsEnsure every guest has a safe, enjoyable, memorable experience at Kidlavie? Administrative DutiesManage cash handling, deposits, and daily sales reportsCoordinate deliveries, vendors, and supply needsEnsure compliance with safety, fire code, and IBC 424 play-structure rulesCreate schedules, maintain cleaning checklists, and handle documentationOversee overall restaurant + playground operational efficiency? RequirementsExperience in restaurant, hospitality, entertainment center, or retail managementAbility to manage both food service and recreation floor operationsStrong leadership, communication, and organization skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentWeekend availabilityKnowledge of food safety standards and general OSHA/health protocols? Preferred QualificationsExperience working with families or childrenFood and beverage ExperienceCPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)Food Manager Certification?
