RSVP at Purpose: Design and support inclusive HR and people experience workflows that promote belonging, psychological safety, and well-being. Key Responsibilities: Co-design inclusive recruitment and onboarding workflows. Provide HR guidance on team challenges and interpersonal dynamics. Support interview processes and help create candidate evaluation tools (e.g., BARS). Advise on equitable practices, cultural awareness, and volunteer support needs. Partner with the Founding Director on sensitive HR matters. Skills & Strengths: Empathy, active listening, and fairness. Strong HR knowledge and people-centered decision-making. Qualifications: HR coursework, certification, or experience preferred. Understanding of equitable hiring, communication, and conflict awareness.
