Residential Group Home Floater Who Are We:InReach provides a wide variety of supports and services across the lifespan for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and their families. We focus on each individual's unique needs and deliver the highest quality services possible by ensuring that each individual receives the right support, at the right time and frequency by a caring qualified staff member in the most independent setting appropriate.What we need: Friendly and caring individuals who work with adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) living in a residential home setting in Charlotte and surrounding areas. Must be willing to have an open and flexible schedule; Must be willing to travel within Mecklenburg and Union Counties; What You'll Do: Teach and assist with meal planning and cooking.Instruct and assist with household cleaning, personal care & hygiene.Provide community recreational activities when available.Provide and participate in in-home leisure activities.Documentation of activities.Help residents develop healthy social habits.Dispense medication and monitor dosages.Must be willing to drive a full-size passenger van.
