You will bring your expertise and HVAC certification to address heating, ventilation, and air conditioning needs. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong technical skillset, leadership abilities, and excellent customer service.Responsibilities: Lead a team of maintenance technicians and coordinate their daily tasks.Conduct HVAC system maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.Perform general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and resolve issues efficiently.Inspect and maintain property systems and equipment to ensure they meet safety and operational standards.Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and equipment inventory.Manage maintenance budgets and report on expenditures.Collaborate with property managers and leasing staff to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.
