We are looking for Therapists:The perfect candidate will share our passion for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care and will thrive in a culture that emphasizes: autonomy, flexibility, creativity, authenticity, humor, compassion, acceptance and determination.Quick Highlights: Hybrid Work Environment/flexibility to see clients in person and via telehealth Opportunity to provide different types of therapy (individual, family, group, etc.) Maintain a minimum of 15 clients per week Awesome leadership team focused on supporting you and your growth Flexible scheduling and a true work/life balance (because that’s what you deserve) Supervision available to assist in obtaining full licensure Beautifully furnished offices Compensation: Hourly pay structure PLUS commission on claimsQuarterly Performance Bonuses!Pay for administrative time that covers consultation and documentation Responsibilities and DutiesEvaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policyFor part-time status clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 15 client visits per weekProvide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our communityUtilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goalsPrepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocolCoordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as neededAttend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainingsOther stuff we probably forgot to add but just as meaningful and important to your role ;)Required Qualifications and SkillsCandidates must have completed their program, obtaining at least an LGPC statusExperience with completing treatment plans and clinical case notesEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clientsAbility to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely mannerComfort and familiarity working with a diverse client basePreferred Qualifications and SkillsPreferred candidates will have an interest in working towards full-time status and on their way to independent licensureIdeal candidates will have a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentationWho is Ellie?Ellie Mental Health is a highly successful mental health multi-clinic organization based in Minnesota.
