SERVPRO Denver SE is hiring a Lead Technician Crew Chief!As the front-line representative of the SERVPRO® brand, the Production Crew Chief demonstrates the company’s Here to Help® commitment to customers and clients. This is done by coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience.Pay Rate: $24-26/Hr. DOE (Full-Time position with opportunity for OT and Bonuses)POSITION: Lead Technician Crew Chief PERKS:Opportunity for OT + On Call BonusesWeekly Pay SchedulePTO & Sick PayMedical, Vison, Dental, Life InsuranceCompany Car Provided During Working HoursWorking for the largest and best SERVPRO franchise!QUALIFICATIONS:2 years experience in the Fire and Water restoration industryHave a valid IICRC WRT certification preferredBecause we provide 24-hour emergency services, must be willing to be on call occasionallySome night and weekend work are requiredMust be able to lift a minimum of 50 poundsA valid driver licenseSubject to criminal background checkJOB DESCRIPTION:Explain restoration processes and answer customer questionsMonitor, communicate, and respond to customer needs/concerns.Communicate clear expectations to Production Technicians and supervise their activitiesPerform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality controlIdentify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workerManage job file documentation to ensure complete and accurate project detailsManage and control costs of production projectsManage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properlySERVPRO is an equal opportunity employer.
