Controller

Our client is seeking a hands-on Controller to oversee all financial operations, internal controls, and accounting accuracy. This individual will serve as a key member of the leadership team, responsible for cash management, internal controls, and accurate financial reporting. Controller Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred 5+ years of related accounting experience Strong GAAP and internal controls knowledge Construction or manufacturing experience a plus ERP experience preferred Compensation: $80,000-$100,000, depending on experience Direct-hire position with full benefits package including 401k, PTO, health, dental, vision, etc. Controller Responsibilities: Manage the general ledger, month-end close, and related reconciliations Oversight of cash management, bank activity, and disbursements Management of AP, AR, payroll, and accounting staff Preparation and review of financial statements and reconciliations Oversight of invoicing, A/R aging, and collections support Coordination with external CPAs, auditors, and tax advisors Establishment and enforcement of internal controls, compliance, and documentation standards Apply today for immediate consideration of this direct-hire position!
