Your responsibilities will include assisting residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal assistance while ensuring their comfort and safety. You'll help monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.Expect to collaborate closely with a dedicated team of health care professionals in a lively and supportive environment. Your schedule will be either Sunday through Thursday or Wednesday through Sunday, from 2 PM to 10 PM, allowing you to make a meaningful impact during the critical evening hours. The training period is tailored to each individual, depending on comfort level and experience What do we ask from you?Requirements Current CNA certificationEffective communication with coworkers and residentsWillingness to learn local, state, and federal laws/regulations in regards to long-term care Job Duties Answer residents' call lights to determine needsTurn and reposition residents while they are in bedProvide physical support to assist residents in performing daily living activities such as getting in/out of bed, bathing, eating, dressing, using the bathroom, standing, walking, or exercisingReview dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences to ensure residents receive appropriate dietRecord food and liquid intake and output as necessaryReporting changes in resident condition to nursing staff and develop relationships with residents to ensure their stay is comfortable Skilled nursing facilities provide care for geriatric patients who require 24/7 care
