You will oversee the activities of a team of production workers.Responsibilities:Coordinate the daily activities of the production team during live and or recorded services, which include but is not limited to video technology, lighting, audio mixing, equipment maintenance, programming and enhancementsDelegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnelPlace production orders from the departmentProvide leadership to dream team volunteers by evaluation, developing and mentoring the teamCoordinate with the Worship and Communication's Pastors to ensure the appropriate lighting/audio, LED wall graphic's and stage set for every worship experience and eventAdhere to all safety policies and procedures​Qualifications:Previous experience in production, or other related fieldsSpiritual maturity, Christ-based backgroundKnowledge of production tools and equipmentStrong leadership qualitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills
