STL_NF Tree Blitz and Community Engagement

If we all knew a little more about proper tree care our city tress would have a better chance to survive. We need help spreading the word! Blitzes are monthly tree-care events in a neighed for people to learn and get hands on practice on basic tree maintenance. Our Mission is to increase knowledge of tree care and improve our urban forest in our neighborhoods. We need help spreading the word. This volunteer opportunity you will learn tree care and focus on building that community's volunteer tree care team. This can be done by meaningfully engaging neighbors during our Tree Blitz Events. Asking them to Blitz with us, and encourage use our app to adopt a tree and record the care given. We are in the 9 neighborhoods listed here. YOU WILL CHOOSE the neighborhood/s of your interest and/or time availability. See below the active neighborhoods and their Blitz Dates.
