Benefits:Dental insuranceEmployee discountsHealth insuranceOpportunity for advancementPaid time offTraining & developmentTuition assistanceVision insuranceSpring House Grill, located within the TF Green Airport, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented BOH supervisor to join our team.Duties & Responsibilities:Maintain a clean facility and report any maintenance/repair needs as they ariseEnsure all ingredients are properly stored, rotated, organized, and easily accessibleExecute maintenance schedule for equipmentComplete inventory counts for food and kitchen supplies, and receiving as they arrivePrep cook line for service and assist with cooking dutiesHire, train, and manage personnel while working closely with the FOH manager to do soOpen and close the restaurant in accordance with the processes in placeIdentify and address guest needs, concerns, and issuesReport team member and guest injuriesEnforce food standards, quality, and consistencyAnything else needed or asked uponSkills & Qualifications:Proven knowledge of kitchen processes1 Year of management and kitchen experienceAbility to use POS softwareProficiency in Microsoft OfficeAbility to multitask, problem-solve, and make decisionsGuest-oriented with excellent people skillsAttention to cleanliness and safetyResponsible and trustworthyFull Weekend AvailabilityServSafe Certification is preferredGrove Bay Concessions is an E-Verify and equal opportunity employer, you must show proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
