Our dental office is looking for a welcoming and professional Front Desk Coordinator to be the first smile our patients see when they walk in the door. Candidates must have at least 2 years of Experience with Dentrix as this is a required Qualification.What You’ll Do:· Greet patients and answer phones with warmth and professionalism· Schedule and reschedule appointments to keep our days running smoothly· Ensure the schedule is full and efficient· Collect payments and help patients schedule appropriate appointments based on treatment needs· Schedule follow-up visits and manage six-month recalls· Be a vital part of creating a positive, stress-free experience for every patientWhat We’re Looking For:· Dental office experience is a must· Experience with 2 years Dentrix software needed· Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills· A team player with a positive, can-do attitudeWhat We Offer:· Competitive pay: $19–$25/hour (based on experience)· Health benefits available 401(k) available· A supportive, friendly team that feels like family· An opportunity to grow your skills and make a difference in patients’ lives.If you’re ready to bring your energy and smile to a team that values you, we’d love to meet you!
