Behind every exceptional wellness experience is a Spa Attendant who ensures the environment is spotless, serene, and perfectly prepared for every guest.Spa Attendants are the foundation of the guest experience — supporting Float, Infrared Sauna, and Massage services so the entire spa runs smoothly and feels calm, organized, and professional.What You’ll DoMaintain pristine presentation of all service rooms, lounge areas, and bathrooms.Complete Float and Sauna room flips within 5 minutes between guests, ensuring everything is reset and guest-ready.Test and record Float pool water quality (morning, midday, evening) in line with health and safety standards.Restock towels, robes, amenities, and consumables throughout the shift; assist with laundry and overall supply management.Monitor and maintain spa inventory levels, recording usage and assisting management with ordering and stock rotation.Support Massage Therapists by keeping rooms stocked and preparing enhancements (hot stones, salt stones, CBD, etc.) when requested.Maintain quiet, calm energy throughout the spa to protect the relaxation environment.Communicate continuously with the Front Desk and team via walkie talkie to support guest flow.Assist occasionally with hospitality tasks (offering tea/water) and spa presentation for events or social media.What We’re Looking ForReliable, detail-oriented, and proud of maintaining a spotless environment.Comfortable working in a fast-paced but calm, guest-centered setting.Excellent teamwork and communication skills.Able to move efficiently between tasks (cleaning, restocking, inventory management, laundry).Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.Available for weekend and evening shifts (Friday–Monday required).Why Join City Cave Spa?Competitive hourly pay and consistent schedule.Free and discounted Float Therapy, Infrared Sauna, and Massage.Supportive team culture built on professionalism and wellness.Opportunities to grow within a premium, expanding wellness brand.
