Mortgage Loan Officer

What You'll Do: Work directly with customers to guide them through the mortgage loan processUnderwrite your own loans and help review loans underwritten by your teammatesBuild relationships with realtors, builders, and other partners in the communityManage your own loan portfolio-including handling delinquencies when neededStay on top of mortgage programs including secondary market, USDA, VA, and construction loansActively participate in business development and community engagement opportunitiesCollaborate with our Mortgage Processing Team to make the loan experience smooth and efficientOther job duties as required What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceAt least 1 year of lending experienceComfortable working independently while also being a team playerGreat communication skills, attention to detail, and a drive to learn and growBonus points if you've worked with underwriting software Why Join Us?
