Job Title: Quality Engineer (CAPA / Supplier Quality)Location: 4 Robbins Road, Westford, MA 01886Duration: 12 MonthsWork Arrangement: 100% OnsitePay Range: $35-$39 per hour (W2)We are seeking a "Quality Engineer (CAPA / Supplier Quality)" to join one of our leading healthcare clients.Job Summary:The Supplier Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality, compliance, and performance of components sourced from external suppliers in a regulated (FDA) environment. This role focuses on supplier assessment, incoming inspection, corrective actions, and support for new and existing component introductions.Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and qualify new and existing suppliers for quality and manufacturing capability Develop and maintain incoming inspection procedures and acceptance criteria Analyze supplier-related defects and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Support supplier change notifications and ongoing supplier communications Review component specifications and provide quality and manufacturability input Investigate supplier-related field failures and support root cause analysis Provide project support and guidance to junior staff as needed Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field 2+ years of supplier or quality engineering experience Strong communication skills Hands-on experience with CAPA Experience working in a regulated quality system environment We are looking for the candidate who are eligible to work with any employers without sponsorship .If you're interested, please click "Apply" button.ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
