Part Time Front Desk Concierge - Patient Satisfaction Dept. Reports to:# Director Starting Rate: $23 per hour # # Job Summary: Under the direction of the Director of Patient Experience, the Front Desk Concierge enhances the hospital experience of patients and their families.# They support patients and families as they navigate their healthcare experience. Duties include greeting and directing patients and visitors, issuing patient visitor passes, providing information to patients and visitors pertaining to hospital guidelines and answering the phone. The Front Desk Concierge will have responsibility for the overall effective, friendly and efficient functioning of the lobby and reception area. They will participate in improvement initiatives with the ultimate goal of exceptional patient and family experience. # B.# Essential Job Qualifications ###### ##### 1.#### Education: High school diploma required. ###### 2.### Experience:# Customer Service in a hospital or medical practice setting Preferred. ###### 3.### Other:## Bilingual (Spanish) preferred. Computer skills.
